CopyPilot AITerms of Service
1. Agreement
By installing or using CopyPilot AI on a Shopify store (“you”, “merchant”), you agree to these Terms with Fixiby Software Technologies (“Fixiby”, “we”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
2. The service
CopyPilot AI helps merchants generate and publish SEO-oriented product titles, AIDA-style descriptions, meta titles/descriptions, and image alt text from Shopify Admin. Publishing occurs only after merchant approval. The app is designed not to modify variant, inventory, or price fields.
Feature availability depends on the subscribed plan (Free, Starter, Growth, Scale) as implemented in the app.
3. Eligibility & authority
- You represent that you have authority to install apps on the relevant Shopify store
- You are responsible for the legality of published marketing claims, trademarks, and advertising rules in your markets
- You should avoid placing personal data of individuals into product fields unless necessary
4. Plans, credits & billing
- Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Shopify Billing
- Unless stated otherwise in-app: 1 generation = 1 credit; bulk runs consume one credit per product
- Current monthly plans (USD) as configured in-app: Free ($0 / 10 credits), Starter ($19 / 50), Growth ($49 / 150), Scale ($99 / 400)
- Optional one-time packs: Boost 10 ($9), Boost 30 ($24), Boost 100 ($69)
- Used credits are non-refundable except where required by law
- Free plan language and feature limits apply as shown in the Admin UI
5. AI outputs
Outputs are automated assistance. Fixiby does not guarantee search rankings, conversion rates, or sales outcomes. Merchants must review draft copy before publishing. The product attempts to avoid invented commercial claims (for example free shipping or awards not present in product data); final responsibility remains with the merchant.
6. Acceptable use
- No illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content
- No unauthorized access, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service
- No reverse engineering except to the extent permitted by mandatory law
7. Intellectual property
CopyPilot AI software, branding, and related materials are owned by Fixiby Software Technologies. Product copy you approve may be used as your store content, subject to third-party rights.
8. Warranties & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Fixiby is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid to Fixiby via Shopify Billing for CopyPilot AI in the three (3) months preceding the claim (or a reasonable minimum on Free).
9. Termination
You may stop using the service by uninstalling CopyPilot AI from Shopify. Billing effects follow Shopify’s policies.
10. Governing law
Subject to mandatory protections that cannot be waived, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required for international merchants by mandatory law.
